Terms of Service

    Plain-English summary: SLK is a Discord bot platform. Pay for a subscription, use your bot, don't break our rules, don't resell access. Violations result in immediate termination with no refund.
  

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using discord.slk.lol ("the Service") or any bot managed through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by EFM Network. "We", "us", and "our" refer to EFM Network throughout these Terms.

2. Who Can Use the Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by Discord's Terms of Service in your country) to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Accounts are personal — one subscription per person. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Access to bot features requires an active subscription. Subscriptions are purchased through direct arrangement with our team and activated manually by an administrator.

Subscription time is counted from the date of activation. All prices are communicated directly and are subject to change for new subscriptions.

    No Refunds. All subscription purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or pro-rated refunds for unused subscription time under any circumstances, including early account termination for rule violations.
  

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service, or any bot hosted through the Service, to:

Resell or transfer access. Your subscription is non-transferable. You may not sell, share, sublicense, give away, or otherwise transfer your account or subscription to any third party.
Raid or harass. Using your bot to raid, spam, or harass Discord servers or their members is strictly prohibited.
Destroy servers. Mass-deleting channels, spamming messages, mass-kicking members, or any other "nuke"-style action targeting a server you do not own or have explicit written permission to test is forbidden.
Distribute illegal content. Using your bot to share, store, or distribute content that is illegal in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to content that sexually exploits minors.
Circumvent Discord ToS. Any use that violates Discord's own Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
Violate others' rights. Infringing copyrights, trademarks, or the privacy and intellectual property rights of others.

5. Enforcement & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.

    Immediate termination, no appeal. Violations of Section 4 result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any remaining subscription time. No refund will be issued. We reserve the right to take further action as appropriate, including reporting conduct to Discord or relevant authorities.
  

We may also terminate accounts for inactivity, non-payment, or at our sole discretion if we determine continued access is not in the best interests of the platform or its users.

6. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but make no guarantees of uptime or uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected outages, or modifications to the platform may temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

7. Your Content & Data

You retain ownership of any content you configure through the platform (custom commands, messages, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the Service.

Bot tokens you provide are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before storage. We do not access your token or use it for any purpose other than running your bot instance.

We collect minimal personal data: your Discord username, avatar, and ID (from Discord's OAuth2 flow). This information is used solely to operate your account.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or meet your specific requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EFM Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
